Responsibilities:
Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Seafood Group's Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times. Develop a deep understanding of the Pacific Seafood strategic plan, business model and the multiple vertically integrated business units; collaborate and align with cross-functional teams to plan and implement the business strategies. Meet or exceed business unit KPIs and execute growth plans to achieve net income objectives through effective leadership of others. Direct and manage plant operations with overall responsibility for plant production, fleet management, maintenance, product quality, staffing, safety, and other plant activities. Review and/or approve fishermen settlements, A/P, A/R, payroll, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks. Train supervisors to carry out the goals and objectives of Pacific Seafood. Monitor and support team meetings with supervisors. Oversee and adhere to company hiring and disciplinary procedures to build a culture of trust. Maximize yields and quality in the production and packing rooms. Coordinate with the Production and QA manager to meet sales specifications. Monitor production for quality standards, maximize productivity and limit product waste. Assist plant engineer to oversee plant maintenance. Procure all production and plant supplies and control costs. Assist in the control and monitor physical inventories. Review APC and Ultipro to monitor production and labor activities. Oversee production and track production efficiencies/REs. Coordinate shipping of all product. Lead weekly meetings to align management team to current expectations. Work with support office and sales team. Create better efficiency through growth and continually find ways to make processes better. Develop a deep understanding of the Pacific Seafood strategic plan, business model and the multiple vertically integrated business units; collaborate and align with cross-functional teams to plan and implement the business strategies. Meet or exceed business unit KPIs and executes growth plans to achieve net income objectives through effective leadership of others. Management of all plant expenses including capital expenditures and annual planning meeting all budgeting requirements and creating annual operating plans Perform other duties, as assigned. Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in related field. A fisheries management, or Business Administration is preferred. Minimum eight years' experience as a department manager in manufacturing and procurement in a food processing environment. Excellent working knowledge of finance and accounting. Ability to read/interpret and explain the P&L. Preferred:
Prior seafood production, or purchasing management experience. Prior experience with the Individual Quota program, including quota trading and buying experience, strategizing fishing habits, market needs, and changes in Total Allowable Catch Prior LEAN management and constant process improvement production experience. $80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
